Wings for every gaming occasion!
2 tablespoons of beef tallow
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Potter Wines Jalapeno Wine
Molly’s Idahoan Seasoning
2 pounds of chicken wings
2 tablespoons raw honey
Toss the wings in the brown sugar, cornstarch, and about 20 grinds of the Idahoan spice.
Place the wings on a rack and back at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Melt the beef tallow in a pan on low and combine with the honey, jalapeno wine, and another 20 grinds of the Idahoan spice. Set aside.
After the wings have baked for 40 minutes, baste both sides of the wings with the tallow mixture and cook another 20 minutes, or until crispy. Let cool for 10 minutes, then enjoy!
