You’ve heard of Bloomin’ Onions, well I made Bloomin’ Mushrooms! Complete with a grilled peach dipping sauce [ingredients]

Potter Wine’s Giggle Juice
Grove’s Chestnut Mushrooms
Molly’s Idahoan Blend

Mash or puree grilled peach, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil

2. Mix flour, cornstarch, bread crumbs, Giggle Juice, and plenty of Molly’s Idahoan
3. Dip clusters of mushrooms into the batter and allow the excess to drain off (otherwise you’ll end up with a giant clump)
4. Fry until golden, about 2-4 minutes on each side
5. Finish with more of Molly’s Idahoan and garnish with lemon wedges
6. Pull apart, dip and enjoy!
