Hi, I’m Molly!
I founded Molly’s Mills in 2003 to indulge my love of garlic and cooking out of discovering the magic of growing fresh garlic in my parent’s garden. This hobby helped me pay my way through college, and after graduating, I worked during the day as a content and product developer and at night worked on my true passions–developing delicious spices, cooking, and don’t forget eating!
I was finally able to take my garlicky passions full-time in 2018 and now offer products at Idaho-based farmers markets and boutiques year-round!
