This takes grilled cheese to a whole new level!
- 1 Phoenix Pretzel
- 5 slices Fiscalini Swiss
- 1 shot Bourbon
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup Cream
- Molly's A to Z or Idahoan Blend
- Simmer mustard, cream, and bourbon until it thickens
- Slice pretzels and crisp in the butter while heavily seasoning with Molly’s Blend
- Fill with Swiss cheese and wait for it to melt
- Once cheese is melted, top with the sauce and enjoy!
