The perfect Fall BBQ!
Ingredients-
4 lbs. Country Style Ribs
5 T Butter
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
You Will Also Need-
A BBQ with a smoker function

Instructions-
Step 1- Generously season the ribs with 20-30 turns of Molly’s Idahoan spice and the 1/2 cup of brown sugar

Step 2- Place 1/2 cup of the cider into a spritzer, and place another 1/2 cup of cider into a separate bowl to set aside

Step 3- Grill the ribs at 225 degrees and spritz/turn every 30 minutes

Step 4- When the ribs get to an internal temperature of 155 degrees, remove them from the grill and place them in a pan. Add the 1/2 cup of cider that was set aside early to the pan. Smear the ribs with 5 tablespoons of butter and adjust the temperature of your smoker to 275 degrees
Step 5- Cover the ribs with foil and place them back onto the grill set at 275 degrees until the internal temperature reaches 190 degrees (approximately 60 minutes).
Step 6- Once the internal temperature of the ribs reaches 190 degrees, remove the ribs from the pan and put them directly back on the grill. Combine 1/2 cup of the butter drippings from the pan to 3/4 cups of the MFT BBQ sauce in a separate dish. Brush each of the ribs with the butter/BBQ sauce mix and let them cook directly on the grill at 275 degrees for another 10-15 minutes.
Step 7- Once the outside has reached the desired level of crispy/charred, remove the ribs from the BBQ and let them rest for 5-10 minutes. Slice and serve hot with more of the butter/BBQ sauce mix. Enjoy!
