An easy, healthy, and delicious snack that’s perfect for dipping pita bread, crackers, or fresh veggies in!
Ingredients:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Molly’s Garlic Goddess Idahoan Seasoning {garlic, jalapeño, onion & sea salt}
(Optional) freshly chopped parsley leaves to garnish
Step 1:
Heat the oil on medium heat for 3 minutes. Once heated, remove from heat and add 15-20 grinds of Molly’s Idahoan seasoning. Set aside and let infuse for about 5 minutes.
Step 2:
In a bowl, add the Greek yogurt and add 10 grinds of the Idahoan seasoning. Once the oil has cooled, drizzle atop the yogurt. (Optional) garnish with freshly chopped parsley leaves. Serve alongside bread, veggies, potatoes, or crackers; enjoy!
