Apple Cider Vinegar
Chives for Garnish
Step 1- Marinate the chicken skins in the apple cider vinegar for 2-4 hours
Step 2- Dry the marinated skins on a paper towel. In the meantime, set your oven to 350 degrees and grab two cookie sheets and parchment paper
Step 3- Place the skins onto the parchment paper-lined cookie sheet and season with the wine salt and Molly’s Mills Idahoan. Let sit while your oven is preheating
Step 4- Once the oven is preheated, place another layer of parchment paper directly on top of the skins. Place another cookie sheet directly on top of this layer of parchment paper. Place a heavy cast-iron pan on top of this top cookie sheet. Place into the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes until crispy
Step 5- Once crispy, remove from oven. Garnish with diced chives and enjoy!
