Crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside, these Spicy Bacon Zucchini Fries are the perfect fusion of smoky, spicy, and savory flavors. Wrapped in sizzling bacon and baked to perfection, each bite delivers a mouthwatering crunch with a kick, making them an irresistible snack or side dish that you won’t want to share!
Ingredients:
- Molly’s Idahoan Garlic Goddess Seasoning (garlic, onion, sea salt, and jalapeño)
- 4 zucchini, cut into wedges
- 16 strips bacon
- (Optional) ranch, for serving
Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Slice zucchini into 1-inch wide slices. Wrap each slice with one slice of bacon. Grind 5 grinds of Molly’s Idahoan seasoning on each zucchini slice.
Step 2:
Place a cooling rack on a tinfoil-lined baking sheet. Place the zucchini slices directly on the rack. Bake until bacon is crispy, about 35 minutes. Once cooked, remove and top with another few grinds of Idahoan seasoning to taste. Serve alongside your favorite dishes or dipped in ranch!
