Whole Roasted Sweet, Spicy & Garlicky Chicken with a Hint of Ginger

Ingredients-

1 Whole, Raw Chicken

Oma and Popie’s Wingin it Sauce

1 Can of Ginger Beer

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

Molly’s Mills Idahoan

(optional) 1-2 Tablespoons of Orange Juice

You Will Also Need-

An Oven Chicken Roaster

Instructions-

Step 1- Set your BBQ or oven to 350 degrees. Rub the chicken with a generous amount of the Wingin it Sauce

Step 2- Combine the brown sugar with a generous amount of Molly’s Mills Idahoan, about 20-30 grinds, and coat all of the chicken with this mixture

Step 3- Fill the center of your chicken roaster with the can of ginger beer and optional 1-2 tablespoons of orange juice if you would like

Step 4- Gently place your chicken onto the roaster. Re-season any spots that need it. Place the roaster directly onto the BBQ or oven

Step 5- Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Once the internal temperature is met, remove from BBQ or oven and let rest for 10 minutes. Use shears or a sharp nice to cut into pieces, serve and enjoy!

Tip- Try serving this with a side of grilled corn that is topped with butter and Molly’s Mills Idahoan!
