Greek Lamb Burgers with Grilled Peaches & Feta

Matthew’s Ground Lamb
Olivin’s Balsamic Vinegar
Ballard’s Feta Cheese
Molly’s Mills Blend
1. Slice the peaches
2. Toss them with the balsamic and your favorite Molly’s Blend
3. Grill until golden
4. Combine:
1 lb ground lamb
1/4 cup crumbled feta
1T chopped fresh oregano
A generous amount of Molly’s Mills
5. Form the meat into burgers
6. Grill to desired doneness
7. Slice and toast your croissant buns
8. Build your burger! Peaches, meat, top with more feta & oregano. Feel free to add bacon, tomato, etc!
