St. Anthony’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Molly’s A to Z or Idahoan Blend

2. Slice beets, coat in olive oil, and season liberally with Molly’s Blend
3. Sauté the beets in cast iron, or non-stick pan, until the edges are brown

5. Reduce over stove until sauce thickens
6. Toss pasta, beets, and sauce together with leafy greens and enjoy!
