2 Lemons
1 Onion or Shallot
2 T Butter
Parsley
1 Can of Powderhaus Brewery Pilsner
Parchment Paper
Twine

Step 1-
Heavily season both sides of the salmon fillet with Molly’s Idahoan spice blend.

Step 2-
Slice the lemons and onion (or shallot). Dice some of the parsley to garnish.

Step 3-
Layer the onions, whole parsley, and several lemon slices onto a piece of parchment paper.

Step 4-
Place the salmon on top of the layered parsley/onion/lemon and cover with more onions, lemon, and 2 tablespoons of butter.

Step 5-
Drizzle 2-3 tablespoons of the beer onto the salmon. Drink the rest 🙂
Step 6-
Wrap the salmon in parchment paper and secure with twine.

Step 7-
Bake at 325 for 12-20 minutes, depending on your doneness preference and the size of your fillet.
Step 8-
Once your fillet is nearly done, open the parchment paper up. Place the open fillet back into your oven on broil for 1-3 minutes, until the lemons are caramelized. Once done, garnish with more fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Serve hot and enjoy!
