PB&J Jalapeño Poppers

Egg roll wrappers make any sort of popper easy! [ingredients]

Americano Peanut Butter
Molly’s A to Z or Idahoan Blend
  1. Halve and clean out the jalapeños
  2. Simmer the beer and jelly together until it thickens
  3. Fill each half with a 50/50 mixture peanut butter and cream cheese
4. Season heavily with Molly’s A to Z or Idahoan Blend
5. Wrap each jalapeño in an egg roll wrapper
6. Fry over medium/high heat
7. Dip in the jelly sauce and enjoy!
