Molly’s A to Z or Idahoan Blend
- Halve and clean out the jalapeños
- Simmer the beer and jelly together until it thickens
- Fill each half with a 50/50 mixture peanut butter and cream cheese
5. Wrap each jalapeño in an egg roll wrapper
6. Fry over medium/high heat
7. Dip in the jelly sauce and enjoy!
