Garlicky Grilled Artichokes with Brown Butter Mayo

My favorite vegetable EVER! Grilled artichokes are such a simple delicacy, I’ll bet you already have the ingredients in your kitchen [ingredients]

St. Anthony’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Molly’s A to Z or Idahoan Blend
1. Depending of the size of your artichokes, boil for 20-40 minutes until you can remove a leaf easily and the heart is tender
2. Halve and clean out the chokes. Baste with olive oil and Molly’s Blend
3. Brown one stick of butter with a generous amount of Molly’s Blend. (Basically simmer until the milk solids have browned)
4. Combine egg yolk, lemon juice, and olive oil in a mixing bowl. Whisk until well integrated
5. Whisking constantly, add the brown butter to the yolk mixture, a few small drops at a time, over the span of about 4 minutes
6. Grill the artichokes and serve with the mayo. Enjoy!
