Brown Butter Deviled Eggs topped with Bacon

You may have had deviled eggs, but you’ve never had MY deviled eggs. [ingredients]

Molly’s Idahoan Blend
1. Hard boil 12 eggs and fry your bacon
2. Melt butter over medium heat long enough to toast the milk solids and it turns golden in color
3. Mash the yolks, melted butter, plenty of Mollys Mills, and 1/2 cup of sour cream together
4. Fry the capers in either bacon grease or butter
5. Fill the eggs with the yolk mixture and top with the crispy capers and bacon!
Serve immediately or at room temperature
