A simple yet delicious way to enjoy kale!

Ingredients-
Olive Oil
1 Shallot
Kale

Instructions-
Step 1- Combine 1T Chipotle Wine with 1T Kava Lava and 2T olive oil to start making the dressing.

Step 2- Add about 20 grinds of the Idahoan mill to the dressing.

Step 3- Thinly slice the shallot and add it to the dressing.

Step 4- Trim the stems off of the kale.

Step 5- Toss the kale with the dressing.

Step 6- Grill the kale at about 350 degrees for 1-2 minutes on each side.

Step 7- Remove the kale from the grill and move to your serving dish. Shave your cheese onto the plated salad.

Serve warm and enjoy!
