Citrus Glazed Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Fresh is so much better than frozen. If you have ever doubted Brussel sprouts, this recipe will change your mind! [ingredients]

St. Anthony’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Molly’s A to Z or Idahoan Blend
1. Preheat oven to 425 F
2. Trim and halve the Brussel sprouts
3. Toss them in olive oil, a few dashes of sesame oil, soy sauce, a sprinkle of sesame seeds, a squeeze of orange, and liberally season with Molly’s Mills
4. Roast for 40 minutes, stirring and adding more fresh orange juice every 10-15 minutes
5. Quarter the remaining citrus fruit and sear in cast iron or non-stick pan until caramelized
6. Plate Brussel sprouts, top with more sesame seeds, fresh green onions and squeeze warm citrus over the sprouts as desired
7. Enjoy!
