Garlicky Parmesan Carrots

Try this side dish alongside your next Fall meal featuring our specialty Garlic Goddess Pumpkin Spice blend!

Ingredients:

Carrots

Parmesan Cheese

Olive Oil

Molly’s Mills Garlic Goddess Pumpkin Spice {garlic, onion, sea salt, jalapeno, PLUS pumpkin, cinnamon, carrots, and brown sugar}

Step 1:

Wash your carrots and cut into 1-inch slices (no need to peel).

Step 2:

Coat your carrots in olive oil and 15-20 grinds of Molly’s Pumpkin Spice blend. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes

Step 3:

Once roasted, smash the carrots using a flat surface (like a glass). Sprinkle the smashed carrots with the cheese. Place back in the oven for 5 minutes.

Serve once the cheese is golden brown, enjoy!
