Turkey has always deserved to be this delicious…try our twist on a holiday staple!
Ingredients:
1 10-12 lb spatchcocked turkey
1 cup mayonnaise
Fresh thyme
Fresh rosemary
Fresh sage
30 grinds of Molly’s Garlic Goddess Pumpkin Spice Blend {garlic, onion, sea salt, jalapeno, PLUS pumpkin, cinnamon, carrots, and brown sugar}.
Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees and adjust the rack to the lowest position.
Step 2:
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, fresh herbs, and Pumpkin Spice Seasoning. Set aside.
Step 3:
Dry the bird off using paper towels. Once dry, rub the mayonnaise mixture all over the turkey and place in a roasting pan.
Step 4:
Cover the bird with foil and place in the preheated oven. Roast for 30 minutes.
Step 5:
Once cooked for 30 minutes, remove the foil and decrease the oven temperature to 350. Add one cup of water to the bottom of the pan to prevent the drippings from burning. Roast for an additional 50-60 minutes or until the bird’s internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
