Garlicky Brûléed Brie Crostini

Dive into this delightful appetizer that combines the creamy richness of brie cheese with the savory flavor of garlic and the sweetness of jam!

Ingredients:

Fresh baguette

Brie cheese

Berry Jam (we used Waterwheel Gardens Strawberry, Cranberry, and White Nectarine Jam, substitute hot jam for an extra kick!)

Granulated Sugar

Molly’s Italian Seasoning {garlic, lemon, rosemary, tomato & sea salt}

Step 1:

Slice your baguette into 1/2-inch slices. Place on an oven-safe wire rack stacked on a baking sheet.

Step 2:

Top each baguette slice with 1 tablespoon of jam and a slice of brie cheese. Broil for 3-5 minutes, or until cheese is melting.

Step 3:

Remove bread slices from the oven. Top with an even coat of 2 parts granulated sugar to 1 part Molly’s Italian Seasoning. Using a blow torch, brulee the sugar until golden.
