Easy, Chicken Skin & Pork Belly Poppers!

Ingredients

Chicken Skins (try from our friends at Hipwell Ranch!)

Roasted Pork Belly or Guanciale

2-3 Jalapeno Peppers

Yaya’s Halloumi Cheese

Molly’s Idahoan Spice

Step 1-

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Layout the chicken skins and season with the Idahoan spice (3-5 grinds per skin). Place a slice of pork, cheese, and jalapeno in each skin.

Step 2-

Wrap and secure each chicken skin popper with a toothpick and place on a wire rack with a sheet below.

Step 3-

Bake at 375 degrees for one hour or until the skins are crispy.

Step 4-

Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Serve with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
