Molly’s A to Z Blend or Idahoan Blend

- Wash fennel! It is extremely sandy, so you need to make sure to scrub it well
- Chop into desired size and arrange on baking sheet
- Drizzle olive oil over fennel pieces and grind desired amount of Molly’s A to Z or Idahoan Blend
- Turn grill to medium/high heat
- Grill on each side for 1-2 minutes, or until golden
- Serve and enjoy!
