This is one of my favorite dishes to serve at dinner parties! So simple to make and it always receives rave reviews
[ingredients]
- In a non-stick pan, slowly melt butter along with brown sugar. Add Sinister Salt, and stir in pecans.
- Toss mixture together to ensure all nuts are coated, and allow to cool on wax paper.
- Slice pear into fans, and place on a chilled plate along with the cheese and still warm pecans.
- Drizzle honey over entire plate, and enjoy!
