Molly’s A to Z or Idahoan Blend

2. Sauté the asparagus in olive oil, several grinds of Molly’s Blend, and 1/2 a lemon’s juice

4. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, cheese, and Molly’s Blend; set aside
5. Working quickly, stir the egg mixture into the drained pasta and gently toss to combine; season with salt and pepper to taste
6. Add the warm cream, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached
7. Serve immediately with the sautéed asparagus, garnish with lemon, more cheese, and more of Molly’s Blend
