Garlicky Grilled Shishito Peppers & Mushrooms

Expand your food horizons and try this super simple dish! I used peppers from Dry Creek Ranch and chestnut mushrooms from Groves Country Mushrooms. [ingredients]

Dry Creek Ranch Farm Peppers
Grove’s Country Mushrooms Chestnut Mushrooms
Olivin Olive Oil
Molly’s Mills Idahoan or A to Z Blend
Clean and cut the stems off the mushrooms
Toss the mushrooms and peppers with olive oil and plenty of Molly’s A to Z or Idahoan Blend
Grill on high heat until the peppers begin to blister and the mushrooms brown
Serve immediately with a dusting of the cheese and enjoy!
