Hi, I’m Molly!

I founded Molly’s Mills in 2003 to indulge my love of garlic and cooking out of discovering the magic of growing fresh garlic in my parent’s garden. This hobby helped me pay my way through college, and after graduating, I worked during the day as a content and product developer and at night worked on my true passions–developing delicious spices, cooking, and don’t forget eating! 

I was finally able to take my garlicky passions full-time in 2018 and now offer products at Idaho-based farmers markets and boutiques year-round!

    Does the Trio with A to Z, Southern, Italian package of spices have any wheat,corn,or milk products. I bought these and like the flavors! I bought some for my son in law who has allergies so i need to found out if he can actually use them. Thank you

      Hi Suzanne, nope! Only the ingredients listed on the labels are what is in there. They are all air dried with no preservatives.

    I first discovered you at the Capital City Market. I bought the market trio and fell in love. I just purchased a few more items recently and am very excited to try them and share with family. I am going to get them hooked too! I love everything so far. I also found it to be serendipitous that you have an Idaho and Arizona blend. My two homes in life. It was meant to be.

    Hi Molly! We visited Idaho from California this last week, and at the Caldwell Farmer’s Market were able to get your sampler option, we LOVE all of them! Beautiful unique flavors and love the colors. We all have our favorites. My mother in law loved the Idahoan so we left it for her and are buying the larger one for ourselves now. New staple!!!     Love your recipes using your products but how does one print a recipe?? there is no print button.

      Hi Michael, I think you might have to highlight the recipe you want and then print the selected. You can print the whole recipe but it will have the larger images attached.

      Hi Gary, the spices won’t go bad as long as you store them in a dry place. Out of direct sunlight is also recommended. You can always order a few fresh refills as well since the grinders are meant to be reused.

    Absolutely love the seasonings. Grinder broke and when I emailed in they responded quickly and immediately offered replacement. Highly recommend.
