A sweet a savory farmers market recipe!
Ingredients:
Bacon
Honey
Goat Cheese
Basil
Fresh Peaches
Molly’s Garlic Goddess Idahoan

Step 1:
Cook your bacon by weaving it together. Cook low and slow. Flip once browned. Once cooked on both sides, season with 10-20 grinds of Idahoan spice and a drizzle of honey.

Step 2:
One your bacon is cooked and seasoned, add a splash of jalapeno wine for an extra kick! This will also make a glaze for the peaches.
Step 3:
Set the cooked bacon aside. Cute the peaches in half and remove the pit. Season the peaches with 5 grinds of Idahoan seasoning on each side. Once seasoned, cook the peaches in the remaining bacon fat, honey, and wine glaze until golden. Remove when finished.

Step 4:
In the same pan, toast sliced pieces of sourdough by leaving a light amount of fat at the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle the goat cheese on top of the bread to soften.

Step 5:
Build your sandwich by layering the bread/cheese, peaches and bacon. Add basil to garnish. Serve and enjoy!
