Care For Your Mill
To keep you mill working great please store it in a dry place (never above your stove where steam can re-hydrate the ingredients). Our large wood and glass mills have a ceramic grinding mechanism which can grind anything from Molly’s seasoning blends to just plain salt or pepper. To adjust the coarseness just turn the dial on the bottom of the mill, but be careful to not over tighten. Your mill can be washed with warm soapy water, just make sure it is really dry before refilling. Feel feel free to contact us at molly@mollysmills.com if you have any additional questions.
